Hi, again! We at N-EAT are a small restaurant at the Stovner shopping mall in Oslo.
The reason we chose Stovner is becuase it constantly has new and more space for shops and restaurants to try and rise and build upon themselves. We are one of those lucky restaurants who took the opportunity to introduce our food to the district of Stovner and people.
N-EAT is one of the few restaurants who starts and will stay with a completely plant-based menu. Our founder, Kanai Yuu, believes that the future is plant-based and has made it his goal to show the world the tastes plants can create.
When Kanai first heard about plant-based food he only thought about the vegetables his parents forced him to eat as a child, when he was tired of their taste.
It was only when he got older, and vegetarian and veganism became a known and understood diet, that he realized that plant-based food could be so much more than those boiled carrots. Now he wants to serve peopel what he didn´t even know excisted most of his life.
